Enforcement procedure
Technical information about this website’s accessibility
Serco is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
Compliance status
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons
Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations
Maps and third party content
The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix issues relating to maps as long as essential navigational information is presented in an accessible alternative. Nor do they require us to fix third party content that is neither funded nor developed by, nor under the control of, the public sector body. As a result we do not plan to ensure that interactive maps from Google Maps are accessible.
