The Assessment Centre is located in the Holsworthy Medical Centre. This is a ground floor assessment facility.
From the A39 take the A388 towards Holsworthy. Take the 2nd exit at the roundabout. Turn left onto Quagmire Lane.
Continue onto Dobles Lane and the Holsworthy Medical Centre is on the left.
From the A38 head towards Liskeard.
Take the A388 towards Callington and Holsworthy. Follow signs to the Holsworthy Hospital. Turn left onto Pearson Close and then turn right onto Dobles Lane.
The Assessment Centre is next to the Hospital on the right.
There is a free private car park outside the Assessment Centre along with spaces for Blue Badge holders.

From Bude, as there are no direct connections to the Assessment Centre. We recommend taking a taxi to the Assessment Centre from Bude. Please contact us before you travel to ensure your taxi fare will be reimbursed.
From Holsworthy town centre the number 637 bus stops at the hospital.
