Please note that this is a first and second floor Assessment Centre.

In the event of an emergency evacuation of the building, there are steps to the ground floor.

If you think you would have difficulty going down the stairs unaided in the event of an emergency, please contact us at least two days before your assessment to make alternative arrangements.

By car

Victoria Street runs parallel to the A505 and the Assessment Centre is next to the Castle Street roundabout.

There are pay and display parking spaces on Victoria Street, with the nearest car park at Regent Street Car Park, 0.1 miles from the Assessment Centre.

By public transport

By bus

The Holly Street bus stop close to the Assessment Centre is served by the 321 route.

By train

The Assessment Centre is 0.5 miles from Luton Station. Thameslink and East Midlands services from Corby and London St Pancras run through the station. The 1 bus route from the station stops at the Flowers Road bus stop near the Assessment Centre.

Important: Extreme Weather Update

Due to severe weather conditions, face-to-face assessment appointments scheduled for Wednesday 24 June, Thursday 25 June, and Friday 26 June will be changed to telephone appointments where appropriate, or rescheduled.

If your appointment is affected, we will contact you directly. Please do not attend your assessment centre unless you have been advised to do so.
