This is a ground floor assessment facility.
The Assessment Centre is located just outside Wells city centre, next to the police station.
From the city centre head southwest on the High Street.
At the end of the road, turn left onto Broad Street. Continue onto Priory Road, then take a slight left to stay on Priory Road. At the Strawberry Way roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Glastonbury Road (A39).
Take the 1st right to enter Priory Health Park.
Parking is available in the main Priory Health Park car park, behind the Assessment Centre. Parking is free for 90 minutes. However, if you require longer in the car park due to your individual circumstances, please notify reception upon your arrival and they will be happy to provide you with a permit for your car.
Parking for Blue Badge holders and a drop-off point are located outside the main entrance of the Assessment Centre.

The nearest bus stop is outside the Priory Health Park approximately 0.1 miles from the centre.

Bus numbers 37 and 376 run from Wells bus station. The nearest stop for these buses is the Cow and Gate Factory (SW bound) on Glastonbury Road.
To get to the Assessment Centre, enter the Priory Health Park and head around to the right. Turn left when you see Boots Pharmacy. When you get to the mini roundabout, the Assessment Centre is immediately to your left.
There is no railway station in Wells.
