Getting in touch

The Serco team will be able to help you with enquiries about your appointment or answer any questions you may have. We will arrange your appointment as soon as possible, so there is no need to contact Serco if you want an update on the status of your claim.

Work Capability Assessments (WCAs) and Specialist Benefits including Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit (IIDB) only.

If you are making an application for Universal Credit (UC), Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) and want to speak to Serco about your Work Capability Assessment (WCA), or if you have a question about a Specialist Benefit:

Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments only
