Please note that this is a first floor Assessment Centre located within Bournemouth Job Centre.
A lift is available, but in the event of an emergency evacuation of the building, the lift cannot be used and there are 24 steps to the ground floor.
If you think you would have difficulty going down the stairs unaided in the event of an emergency, please contact us at least two days before your assessment to make alternative arrangements.
From the A338 roundabout by Bournemouth Train Station, take the A35 towards Town Centre East and Lansdowne. Turn right at the next roundabout and Cotlands Road is the first left.
There is no car parking at the Assessment Centre. The nearest car park is at York Road.

Buses stop at Cotlands Road. Bus routes 5, 5A, 6, 6A and 12 serve the route and a number more are available at the nearby Lansdowne roundabout.
The Assessment Centre is less than 0.5 miles from Bournemouth train station.
