More information >Due to severe weather conditions, we have made the decision to temporarily close six assessment centres until Monday 17th August. All other assessment centres remain open and appointments are continuing as planned.
The affected assessment centres are Aylesbury, Fareham, Salisbury, Southampton, Gloucester, and Frimley. All customers with appointments on 11th, 12th, 13th or 14th August have been contacted.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and will contact customers if there are any changes to their appointment.
